Rei and Ramona have partnered with Hank Paulson for over 30 years. First, developing a church-based program for children, youth, and young adults in Cluj, Romania. From the very beginning, Rei also pioneered training and resources for youth workers throughout Romania and beyond. His network of contacts continues to enable national impact.

Five years ago, Rei and his team were lead by God to start a new church, Via, which also was to be a model for others in his country. The church started with 65 people. They have over 500 in attendance and 420 members. Ramona is very involved in leading women and family ministry.

VIA Institute became the equipping ministry that focuses on mobilizing local churches to fulfill their God-given mandate. Church revitalization, church planting, camps, and internet resources are all part of the well-rounded ministry. Rei also teaches weeklong presentations at the Bucharest Seminary with an emphasis on church revitalization and church planting.
